A. Products designing
Our company's design department absorb daily the first phase of the product's creation, which the customer has imagined. We use a full advanced design program. So, we are capable to give you the design of the product which you have asked to us with full precision in dimensions, corners or peaks. We give great importance in detail. We study each of our plans in order to be the final product serviceable and economical. We can design something if you give us a model or a photo from it or if you just describe it to us. Our employment,
which belongs to design department, has been trained and certified to design program
"Solidworks" in order to design as better as possible every mold to
be serviceable and economical.
B. Creating an original raw materials mixture recipe for rubbers
Our company could produce for you mixtures of raw materials for rubbers , which could have the properties you desire. Our experienced chemists have the ability to make and develop recipes according to customer requirements. They will suggest you the material that would be most useful and they will try to give you an economical and qualitative solution to every issue.
Our company for years supplies a lot of companies with mixtures of raw materials with consistency, reliability and great success.
The materials we use in the mixtures for rubbers :
SBR
SBR describes families of synthetic rubbers derived from styrene and butadiene. These materials have good abrasion resistance and good aging stability when protected by additives.
NBR
ΑNitrile rubber , also known as nitrile butadiene rubber ,NBR, Buna-N and acrylonitrile butadiene rubber , is a synthetic rubber derived from acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene. Trade names iclude Perbunan, Nipol, Krynac and Europrene. This rubber is unusual in being resistant to oil fuel and other chemicals .
EPDM
EPDM rubber (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) is a type of synthetic rubber that is used in many applications. EPDM is made from ethylene, propylene and a diene comonomer that enables crosslinking via sulfur vulcanization. EPDM is compatible with polar substances , e.g. fireproof hydraulic fluids, ketones, hot and cold water , and alkalis. It is incompatible with most hydrocarbons , such as oils , kerosene, aromatics, gasoline, as well as halogenated solvents. EPDM exhibits outstanding resistance o heat, ozone, steam and weather. It is an electrical insulator.
NR
NR (natural rubber) or Caoutchouc or rubber is harvested mainly in the form of the latex from the rubber tree. Natural rubber is often vulcanized - a process by which the rubber is heated and sulfur, peroxide or bisphenol are added to improve resistance nd elasticity and to prevent it from perishing. Carbon Black is often used as an additive to rubber to improve its strength.
BR
Polybutadiene or butadiene rubber (BR) is a synthetic rubber. Polybutadiene rubber is a polymer formed from the polymerization of the monomer butadiene. Polybutadiene has a high resistance to wear.
NEOPRENE
Neoprene or polychloroprene is a family of synthetic rubbers that are produced by polymerization of chloroprene. Neoprene exhibits good chemical stability and maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range . Neoprene is used in a wide variety of applications. Ideal material to withstand atmospheric conditions and high temperature .
VITON
Viton or FKM is a synthetic rubber and fluoropolymer elastomer. Perhaps it has the greatest resistance to high temperatures as it can withstand up to 200°C. Its resistance to low temperatures reaches to -30°C. Excellent for all fuels, chemicals and oils.
SILICONE
Silicones are polymers that contain silicon along with carbon , hydrogen , oxygen and sometimes other elements. Usually, it is a material with smooth surfaces. It combines high resistance and in low and high temperatures .

C. Rubbers production
Our company could produce for you rubbers injection or extrusion or compression. If it is your own mold, the mold comes to our place, is checked on whether it is suitable for our machines,we choose together the appropriate raw material and then we undertake the production of the pieces of your order. Upon completion of the order and its delivery or receipt, your mold will be returned to you, unless some different agreement for permanent cooperation has been signed.
D. Plastics production
We also manufacture plastic products. If it is your own mold, the mold comes to our place, is checked on whether it is suitable for our machines, we choose together the appropriate raw material and then we undertake the production of the pieces of your order. Upon completion of the order and its delivery or receipt, your mold will be returned to you, unless some different agreement for permanent cooperation has been signed.
The materials we use in plastic products:
High Density Polyethylene and Low Density Polyethylene(HDPE, LDPE)
Polyethylene is the most common plastic. Most grades have excellent chemical resistance, which means that they are not affected by strong acids or strong bases. They are also resistant to mild oxidants and reductants. Polyethylene burns slowly with a blue flame that has a yellow tip and gives off a paraffin odor. The material still burns if the flame source is removed and produces drops.
Homopolymers, Copolymers and Random Polypropylenes (PP Homo, Copo & Random)
Polypropylene is usually divided into three main categories. Each of these categories has different excellent properties and can therefore be used in many different applications. The homopolymer PP has the highest hardness, the copolymer PP has the highest impact resistance, the random copolymer PP has the highest transparency.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride or poly or abbreviated PVC, is the third most widely produced synthetic plastic polymer. PVC comes in two basic forms: rigid (sometimes abbreviated as RPVC) and flexible. Pure polyvinyl chloride is a white, brittle solid.
Polypropylene reinforced with glass or talc
This polypropylene is reinforced with glass or talc to be harder and more durable as a material in general.
Polyamides 6 και 6,6 (PA)
They are the two main types of polyamides and are widely used in many applications due to their exceptional durability and strength.
Elastomers SEBS, SBS, TPV
SEBS, SBS and TPV elastomers are materials that combine the properties of thermoplastics and natural rubber. Their main feature is the ability to process them in conventional polymer machines (injection and extrusion), while retaining their elastic properties.

E. Metallics products
We can also make metal objects or modify existing metals. We can use a wide variety of materials.
